Tonight, The Arch transforms into a world of rich color, golden light, and unforgettable spectacle. From the moment you arrive, you will be part of an experience designed to surprise, delight, and draw you deeper into its spell.

Expect artistry that defies the ordinary. Feats of balance and grace, light that moves like liquid through the dark, and performers who appear where you least expect them. Every turn offers a new scene, every moment a chance to be caught in the wonder of it all.

This is a celebration of the people who power Primoris Renewable Energy. Your skill and dedication have built more than projects, you have built moments worth honoring. Tonight we honor that spirit with the presentation of the Steve Larsen Award, an evening of performance that leaves the ordinary far behind, and a party where the music, laughter, and energy carry us well past the final bow.

Style for the Spectacle

The Midnight Circus is not just an event, it is a setting where every guest adds to the atmosphere. Think of it as a chance to step into a role for the evening and choose something that makes you feel part of the story.

Deep, luxurious colors, textured fabrics, and a touch of shimmer or metallic detail can feel right at home here. Instead of circus stripes, imagine a jacket with intricate detail, a gown in rich jewel tones, or a suit with an unexpected flourish. Accessories can be subtle or bold, and a well-chosen masquerade mask can be the perfect finishing touch.

We will transform the venue into a Midnight Circus itself: a world of shadow and light, velvet and gold. Arrive in attire that makes you feel at home in that world, ready to step into the scene and become part of the night’s unfolding spectacle.

Parking

There will be a private, secure parking lot nearby, and free street parking is also available.

Rideshare

For ease and safety, we recommend arriving by Uber or Lyft. Guests who select rideshare in their RSVP will receive an Uber voucher to supplement part of their ride.

A few things you may wish to know before the lights go up.

What time should I arrive to make the most of the evening?

We recommend arriving between 6:00 and 6:45 PM. The Steve Larsen Award presentation begins promptly at 7:00 PM, so please plan to arrive beforehand.

Will there be somewhere to check coats and bags?

Yes, a self-serve coat check will be available for your convenience.

Is there a bar, and are drinks complimentary?

Yes; full bar services will be available and each guest will receive drink tickets.

Are masquerade masks provided, or should I bring my own?

A prop table will be set with masks and accessories for you to take and keep if you wish.

Will there be vegetarian or vegan options at dinner?

Yes. All dietary preferences can be accommodated at both dinner and during the opening appetizers. Please select your meal when you RSVP.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, each Primoris attendee may bring a guest.

Will there be seating available outside of dinner?

Yes, seating will be available throughout the venue during the entire evening.

Is there a photographer or photo booth?

We will have multiple photo opportunities available.

Will there be any outdoor areas, and should I bring a jacket?

A patio will be open for guests, including a designated smoking area. December evenings in Denver can be chilly, so a jacket is recommended.

How should I let someone know if I can no longer attend?
